Position/Job Description:
  1. Assist in preparing technical reports and other technical documents needed for the updating of the PAGTANAW 2050 document;
  2. Assist in project-related activities such as but not limited to policy fora, roundtable discussions, focused group discussions, and seminars of NAST PHL;
  3. Help in the analysis and interpretation of research results;
  4. Manage the documentation of the updating process, including the systematic archiving of drafts, comments, revisions, and meeting records;
  5. Maintain a centralized and up-to-date knowledge base (e.g., shared Google Drive) for the PAGTANAW 2050 project files and references;
  6. Provide support in coordinating and maintaining communication with stakeholders involved in the updating of the PAGTANAW 2050 documents;
  7. Prepare required reports, including press releases, minutes of meetings, and other writing needs;
  8. Assist in the procurement process of the project; and
  9. Provide administrative support to the project and perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant education: Bachelor’s Degree in Development Communication / Engineering / Health / Mathematics / Physical Sciences or other science-related courses
  • Relevant experience: Preferably with strong background in research
  • Relevant training: None required
  • Eligibility: Career Service – Professional/Second Level Eligibility (Preferred)
 
Compensation: P41,305.00/month
Period of engagement: 15 August – 31 December 2025 (with possible renewal)
