Position/Job Description:
  1. Coordinate with the focal person/s regarding the PAGTANAW 2050 Key Operational Areas and book sections;
  2. Prepare technical reports and other technical documents needed for the updating of the PAGTANAW 2050 document;
  3. Conduct surveillance of global and local ST&I developments;
  4. Monitor and assess actual events vs. trends and assumptions for PAGTANAW 2050 and prepare a quarterly report
  5. Conduct literature and other research-related activities relevant to the needs of the different key operational areas clusters of PAGTANAW 2050;
  6. Assist in the analysis and interpretation of research results;
  7. Organize project-related activities such as but not limited to policy fora, roundtable discussions, focused group discussions, capacity building, and seminars of the PAGTANAW 2050 project;
  8. Prepare required reports, including but not limited to press releases, minutes of meetings, and other writing needs;
  9. Manage the overall operations of the project development team by communicating job expectations; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and
  10. Provide administrative support to the project and perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant education: Master’s degree in Development Communication (preferred)
  • Relevant experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience preferably with strong background in research
  • Relevant training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: Career Service – Professional/Second Level Eligibility (Preferred)
 
Compensation: P52,272.00/month
Period of engagement: 15 August – 31 December 2025 (with possible renewal)
